I went to the grocery store and got some stuff for lunch today.
Gonna have chicken, basil and tomato sandwiches.
Breakfast:
finished off my raspberries and blueberries.
Snack:
1 whole avocado because I love them so much
Lunch:
Baked Chicken breast, tomato, basil and provlone sandwich on a whole grain wheat bun.
Learned how to make that at work, and since they are so delicious I made them at home!
Snack:
Serving of those wafer snacks
Dinner:
baked cod fillets with mashed potatoes. Made with red potatoes and the cod fillets had lemon pepper and lemon slices
Weight myself today and I am down 1 and 1/2 pounds!
