I'm feeling really lazy today.
I don't know if it's because I'm depressed
Or because I'm depressed that I'm stuck inside working on a beautiful sunny day like today
My Food intake was like this today:
Breakfast: 1:45pm
-24oz Blueberry& Banana smoothie with Soy Milk and Yoplait Vanilla Yougurt.
and and slice of lemon bread.
Why I am eating breakfast so late? Because I like to roll out of bed at the last mintue and when I work 11:30-8 it's hard to eat breakfast at a, I guess you would say, Normal time.
Lunch: 3:45pm
A Delicious salad with chopped Romaine lettuce, Cherry tomatoes, Broccili, Boiled Eggs, Cucumber, Olive oil and Balsamic Vingerette.
I gave up Ranch when I started dieting in December. It took me a little bit of time to get used to the taste of olive oil and vingerette but now I really perfer it over ranch on my salad. It's just so tasty!
Snack: 5:17pm

8oz of Cabbage & Potato soup.
It was really tasty. It had carrots and red potatos- which I like better than Russets. Usually during the week we have two soup choices in the cafe. The cabbage and potato had less sodium than the second choice. And the second choice had mushrooms in it-Which I don't like.
Second Snack: 8:26pm
A serving of chocolate Quadratinies. They are this wafer snack. They come in different flavors- Toffee, Hazelnut, Vanilla, Chocolate, Lemon and another one I don't know. Currently in my cupboard I have Chocolate and Toffee. Probably not the best choice for a snack, but I was really hungry when I got off work.
Dinner: 8:50pm
Grilled cheese sandwich on Ezekiel Bread and with Shredded casserole cheese.
Usually I like Monterey Jack or Pepper Jack cheese, but that was the only cheese I had. I also bake my grilled cheese sandwiches. I'm too lazy to actually grill them, and when I bake them the bread turns out perfectly toasted, and the cheese perfectly melted. No butter was used, Only Olive Oil to grease the baking sheet.
After dinner I played Dance Dance Revolution Universe 3 ( I have 1,2&3) for xbox360 from 9:40pm-10:21pm. Not sure how many calories I burned. There is a workout option where you can track how many calories you burn. I only played for that long because my ankles started to hurt, and I was just listening to my body. Now I think I am going to have a protein shake made with Rice Milk.
That's day 1 in a nutshell :)
