We got dumped actually.
Good thing about where I'm at in Colorado is that it's gone in two days.
March is usally the most snowy month we have.
Breakfast: 10:30am
24oz Blueberry Banana smoothie made with skim milk today and yogurt.
No lemon bread today! I don't know if I should be happy or sad about that, lol.
Lunch: 1:28pm
I dipped into our Salad bar at work, which is very impressive by the way. All of our food here at work is. So I had Salad with chopped romaine lettuce, broccili, boiled eggs, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, olive oil, balsamic vingerette and Baby Corn. Oh How I LOVE baby corn!
Dinner: 5:48pm
I brought home dinner for myself, Arthur and Ty.
I brought home cheeseburgers for everyone. I had fries that I shared with Arthur and I got Ty onion rings. I shared my fries with Arthur. And I know what you are thinking. Let me assure you that the cheeseburgers at work are different than a fast food place or a restaurant. I've read the label that's on the beef. It's not stocked full of preservatives or trans fat. It's all natural. Plus I had lettuce, tomatoes and pickles on it.
Snack: 10:45pm
I had a serving of the chocolate wafer snacks.
and a bowl of kashi cereal with yogurt.
I tried to drink more water today.
I had about 44oz of water today.
Hopefully I can drink more.
