I had a really good day.
I am really excited about this project I am working on with J-man.
More details on that later.
Breakfast: 6:26am
Blueberry&Banana smoothie. I skipped the yogurt today and used skim milk.
And for some odd reason- I couldn't finish it!
Breakfast:8:40am
2 5oz boxes of cherrios and soy milk
Snack:
a sliver of Lemon bread. Not a whole piece. Just a teeny sliver.
Lunch:
Salad with chopped romaine, baby corn, cherry tomatoes, broccili, beats and cucumber with the usuale Oive Oil and balsamic vingerette. And also a Cod fillet that was really yummy.
Snack:
Raisins and Almonds
Dinner:
Homemade Chicken fried rice by Arthur. He is being such a good wife! LOL, jk

Snack:
PB&J, Organic raspberry jelly, creamy peanut butter on Ezekiel bread
