Portions: Day 5

I need to try what Oprah did, and that is stop eating after 7 or whatever.
I shouldn't be eating after 10.

I packed my lunch again today.
I packed some raspberries and blackberries, Dannon Light&Fit Lime Yogurt, 2 string cheese, Active Life Style Cereal and a baggie of raw almonds

Snack: 12:23om
Fresh Raspberries and blackberries.

Breakfast 1:45pm
Active Lifestyle cereal with skim milk.

Lunch: 2:20pm
Salad with Spring mix lettuce, broccili, cherry tomatoes, cumcumbers, cherry peppers, Olive oil and balsamic vingerette. No cheese and no eggs today. Just wasn't in the mood for them
Right after Lunch I had a string cheese.

Snack: 3:45pm
Dannon Light& Fit Key Lime yogurt and some almonds

Snack: 5:15pm
String Cheese and a 5.5oz V8 juice
and some more Almonds.

I also had some hot green tea to help with my hunger today. So I avoid mindless and unnecessary snacking.

Dinner:8:54pm
Homemade chili by Arthur. It was really tasty. It had pinto and Kidney beans, beef stew chucks, tomato sauce and tomatoes and 1 small JalapeƱo. So tasty. I only had 1 bowl with some shredded cheese on top. I'm going to try not to eat anything else tonight and just exercise.
If I do have something it will be a protein shake after I exercise.
