I started dieting and exercising December 12th. I met with the dietian at work and she really helped me out. She set me on a plan of 1,600 calories a day, fast food 3 times a week to start because I was eating fast food 5-6 times a week. How can you eat so much fast food? I know, now that I look back it's hard to believe. But It's easy to make bad habits, and ever harder to break them.
I was off to a good start, but it's so easy to get side tracked.
I was playing DDR everyday for at least 30 minutes a day, eating right and I lost about 3 pounds.
I then decided to go Vegetarian in January 2010. When I was vegetarian it was hard for me to balance all the protein I needed. And So I ate a lot of Sugar. I found that I gained weight because of that, so I started eating meat again slowly. But I didn't go back to cramming Cheeseburgers and Fries in my face. I hardly eat fast food now. Maybe three times a month. Which I'm really proud of. But that took me a few months to stop that. I was also planning to make a weight loss vlog series on my youtube channel. I made 1 episode and never added anything on to that.
I am now inspired by my friend Brittany.
Her and I came to some shocking realizations.
Realizing exactly how big we actually are.
I am doing these blogs with her, and hopefully I will start doing vlogs again.
I'm haven't been as disciplined as I should have the first time around, but now that I have a friend who is motivated, it has motivated me.
And so I am restarting
